Vision Senior Living (VSL) engaged DevelopmentActive to manage the planning of the proposed extension to their 250+ unit retirement village in Henderson, Waitakere City.
This involved;
Selection, engagement and management of consultants
Overseeing preparation of a number of master plan options
Managing the preparation of resource consent documentation.
DevelopmentActive was also engaged to negotiate a joint venture development with
Developments at Halswell, Christchurch. When this fell through, DevelopmentActive identified an adjacent alternate site for VSL.
